TELE-PAGE is a family owned and operated Internet service provider and communications specialist based in Scott County, TN. We have been in business for over 25 years. TELE-PAGE started as a paging carrier throughout East TN and KY. We soon shifted into the Internet industry along with providing VoIP phone services. Our founder, Jerry Young, first set out in a Ford Expedition, with a trailer to pull his ladder, along with the ambition to give the people of Scott County fast and reliable Internet service at an affordable price. One of Jerry’s main goals was to go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. As a local company, still today, we at TELE-PAGE value that commitment to great customer service.

Q?: Is It satellite internet?
A: No, it is not satellite internet. All of our wireless equipment is ground based. That means low latency with great speeds.
Q?: What package do I need?
A: The Package you get all depends on how many devices you have and what your doing with them. We recommend getting the lowest package you think you need, and going up in speed if you need to. Upgrading your speed is done remotely from our office and is done the same day.
Q?: What is required for an install?
A: Depending upon if you get wireless or fiber service determines how the service is installed. Wireless requires the installation of a dish to communicate with one of our towers. Fiber however will require a small box to be mounted on or near your house. No matter which service you get, our techs will do an excellent professional installation.
Q?: Do I need a phone line?
A: No, a phone line is not required to get our service. We do offer a phone for anyone that is interested.
Q?: Do I need a router?
A: No, you do not need to buy a router. The router is included within the price of your monthly payment. You also do not have to get a router through us if you already have one. We will take that off of your bill if you choose to use your own.
Q?: Can I play games/stream with this service?
A: Yes, our service will allow you to do anything you need to do online. You may need to go up in a package depending upon how many people are streaming/gaming simultaneously.
Q?: Are there data caps?
A: No, you can use as much data as you want when you want.
